ICONNEL AFFIRMATION CARD represents the
highest badge of honor that can be given
to our candidates. ICONNEL AFFIRMATION
CARD is given to candidates who served
at least two years as a home health
caregiver and has demonstrated
exceptional performance and dedication
for a minimum of two consecutive years,
while upholding the following codes of
conduct:

Consistent feedback about the
caregiver shows an exceptional level
of our client satisfaction during
the past
two years

All
annual requirements are current,
including medical clearance alcohol,
drug, criminal background check, and
English competency exams.
