Zena Krupinski, Founder and Chief

Zena launched White
Glove in 1992, and expanded the business to include Certified Home Health
Aides in 1995, renaming the business to White Glove Intercare, Inc. Zena
has both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Sociology from the
Catholic
University of Lublin, Poland. Zena also completed two years of post
graduate work. During her studies, Zena was fascinated by philosophy of
Phenomenology, and focused in understanding the concept of “Personalizm” by
Karol Wojtyla (John Paul II), who was a professor at her University. Today,
Zena applies the principals of the recent Pope’s
Personalizm philosophy to her
personal and business life described as follows: The
Person – or
Human Being, is the highest value known to us. This value
rules the whole environment of a person's existence including the
institutions that we create, tools of communication, and all the actions
taken. Meeting caregivers to interview with people in need of care is
a part of process of discovering the "mutual goodness" where every person’s
needs are respected, especially those whose personal freedom is limited currently by a
disability, old age, or illness. Zena dedicates her life focusing on each
person she meets to ensure that the appropriate home health aide or
companion is chosen for each and every client. The time invested helps
ensure the highest level of mutual satisfaction attained by both the client
and the aide, so that a long term benefit results in a worry-free,
comfortable relationship amongst everyone involved.
