Who We Are
We started as White Glove in 1992,
but we were forced to close the business after 16 years, because
State of NJ had licensed another out of state franchise business with the same
name and for the same line of business. We have trademarked a
different entity - ICONNEL to continue the legacy of helping
our clients to maintain their freedom by employing icon
personnel, the best caregivers in the industry.

The on-line method
allows you to:
- Hire your own independent caregiver and get the best possible
personalized home care.
- Design independent caregiver’s duties accordingly to the Client's changing needs
and condition. The duties of your independent caregiver are not limited by any
certification or union programs and can be personalized specifically to your
needs.
- Include family members, medical professionals, friends, co-workers in the
decision process. Ask our previous clients’ about their experience with
independent caregiver that they have hired before you.
- Access to update information regarding your cared person over the internet 24 hours per day, 7 days
a week. Save your time & money by avoid paying agency overhead management cost, time,
paper and postage by using internet system.
- Enjoy peace of mind: a continuous guarantee to substitute your employees for
their time off on weekends and holidays.
- Receive a complete record of your employed independent caregiver’s information
including information on the candidate’s previous engagement. Your honest

interview and hire your
independent caregiver.
- We offer pre-qualified candidates that can be
hired directly by you as independent caregivers on a live-in or hourly
basis.
- You can preview their profiles on our web site
prior to coming for an interview.
- Invite family members, medical professionals,
friends and co-workers for an interview in our office.
- Access a complete record of all previous engagements
of every caregiver you consider before you make a decision to hire.
Receive a complete record of your employed
independent caregiver’s information including information on the candidate’s
previous engagement. Your honest opinions on our exit evaluations regarding
the caregiver’s performance reflects upon the caregiver's reputation and
compensation in future assignments.

State Certified Homemaker Home Health Aides, who are employed directly by our Agency. Our State Certified Homemaker Home Health Aides are direct employees of
ICONNEL, supervised and trained by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Please make sure that you understand the limitations of home health aide duties before you decide this option. Since our employees are
our responsibility, it is our policy to stand by our personnel, thus we do not release
employee records to you at any time. In
addition, we do not allow interviews of our Certified Homemaker Home Health Aides by you.
